I had treatment with Dr Woods (Sarah!) for PTSD. She used trauma CBT and EMDR via Zoom for my treatment. I was a touch sceptical but I cannot believe the difference between where I was, to where I am now. I think the success of the treatment is mainly down to Sarah’s in depth knowledge and expertise but is also down to her ability to be genuine in her person centred approach. I would definitely recommend giving Sarah a try for any type of psychological issues.

Sarah did an excellent job with my medical report for my claim that was highly representative. She really made me feel at ease, understood me and my situation. I can highly recommend.

I absolutely recommend Sarah. She has helped me with identifying issues, learning how to accept and deal with the problems and then taught me coping strategies for the future. Sarah has taught me a number of exercises to help ground me, which help calm me at moments of intense anxiety. The sessions are set at my pace and on my agenda.
